Privacy Notice
How public website analytics and submitted information are handled across Skyline Studio and the Skyline Aerial Solutions client portal.
Website analytics and session recordings — updated September 13, 2026
We use website analytics and session replay tools to improve usability and troubleshoot problems. Session replay may reconstruct pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, page content and form interactions within this website. It is separate from the usage statistics described below; limits on those statistics do not limit session recordings. Our analytics notice is informational: closing it only hides the notice for the current browser tab session. It does not stop recording, opt you out, or give consent. Previously collected analytics
A legacy site-local tracker that used randomly generated site-local visitor and session identifiers has been disabled. Previously stored traffic records may still include public page path and title, referring page, browser or device information, time, and those historical identifiers until an approved retention decision is applied.
Website usage statistics
We collect limited usage statistics from construction and general public pages to understand which content and services are useful. These statistics include the public page path, time, referring hostname, the immediately preceding public page when applicable, page engagement time and scroll percentage, and events such as a phone or email link click, construction-quote start, confirmed construction-quote result, or a handoff to another portfolio site. Legacy Event Security pages are excluded from these usage statistics. To estimate unique browsers and visit paths, this site creates a random site-specific browser identifier that is rotated after no more than 90 days and a random session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; these identifiers are hashed before storage. They cannot follow a browser across different Skyline domains, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track causes them to be omitted. Preview and operator-test traffic is labeled separately. These usage statistics do not include names, contact information, form contents, acreage, prices, quote or reference numbers, query strings, precise locations, raw network addresses, device fingerprints, access codes, or protected client activity.
Protected client areas
Our usage statistics exclude client access, portal, administration, authentication, downloads, and other protected paths. These exclusions apply to usage statistics, not to the session recordings described above. Client-project records and media are governed separately by the access controls and service arrangements for the client portal.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, account access, analytics and operational notifications. These providers process information as needed to support those services.
Contact and submitted information
If you request a quote or contact Skyline Aerial Solutions, the information you submit is used to respond, prepare requested services, maintain business records, protect the form from abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Submitted contact information is not placed in public-site analytics events.
