On each scheduled visit, our pilot captures the defined site area from the altitudes and angles required for the selected services. Processing and portal-delivery timing are stated for the assignment and depend on acreage, deliverables, data quality, and workflow:

Case Study
Chehalis Neighborhood Development
One of our most extensive ongoing projects is a full-scale neighborhood development in Chehalis, Washington. The site spans approximately one mile from the staging area to the far end of the construction zone, with dozens of crew members and 20+ heavy machinery vehicles operating simultaneously.
Existing Conditions Documentation
Before construction began in earnest, we flew the site to document existing conditions — particularly the roadways surrounding the development. With so many heavy vehicles entering and leaving the site, the team needed a baseline to inspect and document any damage caused by construction traffic over the life of the project.
From Bi-Weekly to Weekly
We initially provided aerial documentation every two weeks. But after the project team saw the value of week-over-week comparison — catching grading issues early, tracking equipment movement, and having a defensible visual record for subcontractor coordination — they requested weekly flights. That voluntary upgrade from bi-weekly to weekly is one of the clearest signals of value we've seen: the client increased their investment because the data was making their job easier.
